At Cellexa Lifesciences, we are committed to delivering high-quality products designed to provide the best possible results. We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do. However, if you need to return a product, we’re here to help.
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- You received the wrong shipment
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
If any of the above applies, please submit a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at info@cellexalife.com.
No returns or claims will be accepted after 7 days from the product delivery date.
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner, who will collect the order from your doorstep.
Once we receive the returned order, our service team will review it. If your concerns are verified, we will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
